A significant part of my current work is focused on the evolution of ActivosTI’s portfolio and on turning cybersecurity capabilities into clearer, more useful, and more practical offerings for companies.

What I am working on now

Evolving ActivosTI’s portfolio

I am currently working on defining, refining, and optimizing ActivosTI’s portfolio so that the capabilities offered respond better to real business needs rather than only to technical catalogs or tool lists.

Advising companies around real capabilities

An important part of my current work is helping companies translate needs, risks, and priorities into concrete cybersecurity capabilities that can actually create value.

Improving proposals, services, and consultative positioning

I am also refining how these capabilities are presented, explained, and prioritized, with the goal of making proposals clearer, more consultative, and more aligned with the operational reality of each organization.

Applied AI within that framework

As part of that work, I am also going deeper into applied artificial intelligence, especially in scenarios related to contextual retrieval, useful automation, tool integration, and the connection between knowledge, decision, and execution.

ActivosTI as the foundation for Cybontech

What is validated, optimized, or proven valuable through ActivosTI will become part of the foundation that Cybontech can later adapt and replicate in the United States, especially in Texas and in segments connected to the Latin American market.

What matters most to me in this stage

At this stage, I am especially interested in working on capabilities that:

  • respond to real business and operational problems
  • can be explained clearly through a consultative lens
  • connect cybersecurity, technology strategy, and applied AI
  • have real potential to evolve and scale between Colombia and the United States

This is a stage strongly focused on building a solid foundation: first by validating, refining, and optimizing through ActivosTI, and then by carrying forward what works into Cybontech with an approach adapted to the U.S. context.
